Shipping policy
UPS Ground
- We use our account # and charge the cost of shipping on the final invoice
- All deliveries require a signature to avoid theft of package
Customer FedEx
- Customer to provide FedEx or UPS prepaid labels
- *Labels that do not include a required signature will not be covered.*
- *For FedEx/UPS we may repack items into a larger box to keep costs down. If we repack, a $3.50 per box fee added to your final invoice. We will only do this if it is most cost effective for you.
Local Trucking
- Pallet deliveries serving Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Diego County, and San Bernardino County.
Less Than Truckload (LTL)
- Pallet deliveries servicing the US, outside of the local trucking area.
- We do not ship outside the US.
